The life cycle of a sunflower is constant change. I am particularly fascinated by its different stages — the moments when the forms of the flower reveals growth and the gradual process of fading.

This black-and-white photograph series pauses at these fleeting moments. Through light, shadow and form, I explore how growth, fading, and the passage of time becomes visible in the shapes of nature. Withering does not signify an end, the beauty of the life cycle continues through its final stages.
